Job description

Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, including managers and senior engineers.
Drive AI-native software development practices using tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Lead modernization and refactoring initiatives for complex legacy systems.
Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
Remain hands-on with code reviews, technical design, and engineering best practices.
Establish and improve SDLC processes, CI/CD, observability, testing, and operational excellence.
Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Manage engineering delivery, platform reliability, scalability, and release quality.
Lead Agile and Lean engineering practices across distributed teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
14+ years of software engineering experience.
6+ years of engineering leadership/management experience.
Proven experience building high-scale, high-availability B2C platforms.
Strong expertise in:
React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
REST APIs & Microservices
Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Strong AWS cloud experience.
Experience with LLMs, MLOps, Data & AI platforms.
Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Experience leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Strong architectural and operational leadership skills.
