Senior Sharepoint Developer

Microsoft 365 developer and architect to serve as the Subject Matter Expert and lead architect for a secure DoD environment. This role directs the entire software development and application lifecycle, from requirements gathering with senior stakeholders to final deployment and system optimization. Responsibilities include designing scalable M365 data structures, developing custom Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows, and engineering advanced web parts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will manage high-privilege permissions and data governance, provide critical troubleshooting, and drive user adoption of modern technologies within a secure environment.

10-15+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience (DoD/Army preferred).

BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Microsoft certification related to SharePoint technologies (e.g., PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate), PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) or other relevant Microsoft certifications.

Working knowledge of SharePoint architecture patterns, Power Apps, Power Automate and Teams. Experience managing access to sensitive data using Microsoft 365 Groups. Excellent knowledge of UI/UX.

Four years of additional experience, for a total of seven years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree., * SharePoint: 3 years (Preferred)
