Senior Associate - Digital, AI & Technology Transformation

We are seeking Senior Associates to support a major digital, AI, and technology transformation initiative for a leading Atlanta-based organization. This is an opportunity for a consulting-trained professional to work directly with senior client stakeholders across strategic, technology, digital, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong executive communication, and experience supporting complex transformation programs from strategy through execution.

• Industry experience in Energy or Utilities is a plus, but not required., * Senior Associate-level experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, technology consulting, transformation, or a related discipline.
• Strong Big 4 or top-tier consulting background strongly preferred.
• Experience with digital, AI, IT, technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong experience developing executive presentations and client-facing deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating in complex, high-visibility client environments.
• Strong proficiency with standard consulting tools and methodologies.
