Sr/Staff Software Engineer

Our client is - seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr/Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on creating innovative and efficient solutions. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers., Design and develop software applications that meet business requirements and adhere to coding standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web-based applications
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python

• Experience with databases and SQL
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
