Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Help Desk System Administrator at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Resolve technical problems in a help desk environment
• Work with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
• Resolve access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions
• Where possible, use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications

• High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant work experience, or
• BS/BA Degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or
• MS/MA Degree and 0 years of relevant experience
• Experience resolving technical problems in a help desk environment

• Experience resolving access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions

Clearance Requirement This position requires an active final Top Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must also be able to maintain their security clearance for the position.
