IT Applications Analyst II | Applications - Revenue Cycle

Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred., * 3+ years of experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting IT applications.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors for application updates, enhancements, and deployments., * Epic certification or other applicable technical certification may be required for this position., * Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and application performance monitoring.
• Strong end-user training, technical support, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of application security, regulatory compliance, and change management requirements.
