Sr. UI/UX Designer

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for complex digital products, including e-commerce platforms and mobile applications, utilizing human-centered design principles.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders in Agile environments to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, interaction design, accessibility (Web accessibility standards), and responsive web design to create inclusive user experiences across devices.
• Utilize front-end development knowledge including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular to facilitate seamless implementation of designs.
• Lead UX prototyping efforts with rapid iteration cycles to validate concepts through A/B testing and user acceptance testing.
