NetSuite + AI Automation Systems Lead

Speedmaster is seeking a NetSuite + AI Automation Systems Lead to own and continuously improve our NetSuite ecosystem using AI, automation, and connected business systems. This position partners directly with the CEO and CMTO to build scalable solutions that improve operations, ecommerce, inventory, customer experience, and overall business performance., * Own and optimize the NetSuite ERP ecosystem.

• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, custom records, fields, and automation.
• Use Claude AI and AI-assisted development tools to build scalable business solutions.
• Improve ecommerce across the Speedmaster website, Amazon, eBay, and connected platforms.
• Develop integrations between NetSuite and third-party business systems.
• Create executive reporting and business intelligence dashboards.
• Identify manual processes and replace them with automation.
• Partner with department leaders to improve efficiency through technology.
• Lead projects from design through implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS

• Identify first-time customers and research their business and social presence to identify reseller opportunities.
• Build AI-powered customer follow-up campaigns and promotional workflows.
• Create business rules that automatically control which products appear online.
• Improve synchronization between NetSuite, the website, marketplaces, and marketing platforms.
• Develop executive dashboards for sales, inventory, purchasing, and operational KPIs.
• Improve warehouse and inventory processes using NetSuite WMS.
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.

• Strong hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Experience with workflows, saved searches, reports, custom records, fields, and forms.
• Understanding of inventory, ecommerce, WMS, and business process workflows.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve business automation.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected business systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
