  • Monitor fieldwork and data collection to ensure quality, timelines, and sample targets are achieved
  • Analyze quantitative survey data and qualitative research findings to identify meaningful insights and business implications
  • Develop PowerPoint reports and presentations that summarize research findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
  • Support custom and turnkey research studies across a variety of business needs
  • Assist with ongoing brand health tracking and other recurring measurement programs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Innovation, Operations, and other functions to support research requests
  • Help manage focus groups, online communities, interviews, and sensory/taste testing studies
  • Conduct secondary research and competitive analysis to provide additional context and insights as needed
  • Maintain research documentation, project files, and insights repositories
  • Stay current on consumer insights methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Experience with DIY research platforms is strongly preferred
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and communicating research findings to stakeholders
  • Restaurant, foodservice, or CPG project management research experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Consumer Behavior, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in consumer insights, market research, marketing analytics, or related field

It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else - our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth.
