Job description
- Install, configure, and support enterprise network hardware, components, and cabling across on-site and off-site environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using packet captures, monitoring tools, and performance diagnostics
- Provide hands-on rack and stack support and ensure infrastructure is implemented according to requirements and standards
- Support LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, data center, and hybrid cloud connectivity initiatives, including design and implementation assistance
- Contribute to stability and capacity planning while meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround expectations, including after-hours support as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Internet, data center)
- 8+ years installing, configuring, and supporting routers, switches, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security technologies
- 5+ years wireless network design, configuration, optimization, and support experience
- 4+ years supporting VoIP/unified communications environments with strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, and call routing (experience with platforms such as CUCM, Unity Connection, or equivalent)
- 4+ years supporting cloud connectivity/hybrid networks and coordinating vendor-delivered network services and infrastructure projects
