CAD & ERP Systems Administrator

1. ERP & Data Migration * Support migration of legacy ERP and PDM systems to modern platforms. * Audit, cleanse, validate, and prepare engineering data for migration. * Consolidate Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD part libraries, assemblies, and metadata. * Develop automation scripts for data extraction, transformation, and migration.

2. CAD & PDM Administration * Administer: * Autodesk Inventor * Autodesk Vault Professional * AutoCAD * Content Center * Maintain CAD standards, metadata, content libraries, and engineering documentation. * Manage engineering drawing repositories and digital asset lifecycle processes.

3. ERP Systems Administration * Serve as the primary ERP System Administrator. * Manage ERP integrations, APIs, workflows, and customizations. * Administer user access, permissions, and system security. * Monitor ERP performance and system utilization.

4. Process Improvement & Automation * Design automation tools to improve engineering workflows. * Standardize CAD, PDM, and ERP processes. * Implement technology-driven process improvements. * Support workflow automation and lifecycle management.

5. Data Governance * Maintain metadata standards and naming conventions. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency. * Conduct periodic audits and compliance reviews. * Develop documentation and governance standards.

6. Training & Support * Develop user training materials. * Conduct end-user training sessions. * Facilitate user group meetings. * Provide engineering drawing support when required.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with: * Engineering * Manufacturing * IT * Operations * Vendors * Support software upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.

Environmental Tectonics Corporation (ETC) is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled CAD & ERP Systems Administrator to support the modernization of its engineering and business systems. This role will lead ERP and PDM migration initiatives while serving as the long-term administrator for ERP, Autodesk Vault Professional, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and related engineering systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP administration, CAD/PDM systems, Autodesk technologies, data migration, automation, and engineering process improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment., * 5+ years of experience with ERP and CAD/PDM administration.

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
