IT Analyst

Experteer Overview As Senior IT Analyst, you will safeguard and optimize Komodo’s IT ecosystem to empower users and protect operations. You will act as a technical resource, solving complex issues and driving ongoing improvements. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, strengthen documentation, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This role blends hands-on support with proactive infrastructure enhancements, supporting Komodo’s mission to reduce the global burden of disease. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues across the organization, including Zoom room/hardware, Meraki networking, and peripheral troubleshooting, with onsite presence in SF or NYC 4-5 days/week * Lead onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for employees, temporary staff, vendors, and contractors * Develop, maintain, and improve IT documentation, runbooks, and processes for consistency and knowledge transfer * Proactively identify and resolve issues across core platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Intune) * Provide advanced troubleshooting across Mac and PC environments with root cause analysis and long-term resolution * Design and deliver IT training and enablement programs for all departments * Drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize business impact and inform longer-term infrastructure improvements Tasks * Proven experience in technical support with deep Mac OS and Windows expertise * Hands-on experience with first and second level support across Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, MDM (Jamf, Intune), Meraki, Zoom * Experience owning IT Asset Management systems (SnipeIT, AssetSonar, ServiceNow, SCCM) * Ability to independently perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system access, hardware, and infrastructure issues * Track record of leading projects end-to-end with minimal oversight * Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders * Excellent written and verbal communication with emphasis on documentation * Familiarity with IT operations, cloud applications, and security best practices Key requirements * comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * flexible time off and holidays * 401(k) with company match * disability insurance and life insurance * leaves of absence * remote/hybrid work options
