Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build scalable, cloud-native data solutions to support Geode’s data and analytics platform. You will work closely with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver robust pipelines using Python, DBT, Snowflake, and AWS. The position blends development, automation, and testing to improve data ingestion and quality. You join a Boston-based team with a flexible in-office policy and a mission to empower data-driven decisions. Compensation / Benefits * Build modern data pipelines to ingest, process and store enterprise data * Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Python, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake and AWS * Automate pipelines and increase test coverage and quality * Collaborate with the Data product lead, Scrum Masters, architects and development teams to enable data ingestion and integration pipelines Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field * 5+ years of data and software engineering experience * Strong Python-based data pipeline development * Strong data modeling, database design, and SQL development * ETL/ELT development using DBT and Python * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in asset management is a plus Key requirements * comprehensive health coverage * 401(k) matching * annual profit sharing * paid parental leave * tuition and certification reimbursement * hybrid work arrangements
