Job description

Assisting in documentation, testing, SDLC process in general

  • Creation and maintenance of custom applications within ServiceNow

  • Working through multiple simultaneous project

  • Architect data structures utilizing knowledge of asset management, configuration management, and ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

5+ years experience working within the ServiceNow platform

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field(s) OR relevant, real-world experience

  • Experience with HTML/Javascript

  • Experience with Flow Designer

  • Experience with Glide, Business Rules, Service Portal

Desired:

  • Experience within the ITSM, HAM, and SAM modules of ServiceNow

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification

  • Experience with Change Management

The proposed salary range for this position is

$75,200-$158,100
