Job description
As a member of the Mission Management team, you will support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization Services. In this role, you will:
- Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services
- Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring access is properly granted or denied
- Manage and track support tickets using JIRA
- Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone
- Approach challenges with an analytical and curious mindset-ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles
Requirements
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering (SE) experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I (or higher) if determined applicable by COR for CWIP activities
- A total of 12 years SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
Desired:
- Experience with or knowledge of:
- Online and telephone customer support
- LDAP directories
- SQL and basic database queries
- RESTful services
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine
- Ability to:
- Analyze system applications and troubleshoot effectively
- Understand and clearly communicate complex software systems
- Update Confluence pages and write technical documentation
- Assist with customer training on software capabilities
- Work with customers to understand and define requirements
- Work independently and proactively

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
