Job description

As a Healthcare Facets QA Test Engineer , you will make an impact by leading quality engineering initiatives for Healthcare Payer programs leveraging the Facets platform. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and cross-functional delivery partners to ensure high-quality releases and successful business outcomes.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for Healthcare Facets programs, ensuring successful execution of functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release testing activities.

  • Develop and drive test strategies, test plans, estimations, and governance frameworks aligned with program objectives and release schedules.

  • Manage test scope, resource planning, risk assessments, defect management, and release readiness reviews to ensure quality outcomes.

  • Coordinate with multi-vendor, onsite, and offshore teams to drive collaboration, alignment, and timely project delivery.

  • Partner with business, technology, and program stakeholders to support transformation and modernization initiatives across Healthcare Payer platforms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on Healthcare Payer system s and Facets platform testing.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, defect management, and release governance for large-scale Facets programs.

  • Strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise, including Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, Billing, BlueCard/ITS Claims processes, and EDI transactions (834, 837, and 835).

  • Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, onsite, and offshore delivery teams in complex transformation and modernization programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits & conditions

The annual salary for this position is between $53,477- $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
