Job description

  • We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Professional to provide hands-on, onsite technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll be the go-to expert for end-user technology, delivering a service desk/Genius Bar-style experience while supporting a broad range of IT infrastructure, devices, and collaboration tools to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

  • Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, including both Windows PCs and Mac computers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across end-user computing, networking, conference room technology, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Deliver smart hands support, including network patching and assistance with IT infrastructure tasks.
  • Support audio-visual systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and meeting room technologies to ensure seamless collaboration.
