Datacenter Logistics Technician II

• Oversee internal ticketing systems to fulfill hardware staging requests for engineering teams.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and interface with vendors to return components.
• Assist in the safe, documented decommissioning of storage devices and other material
• Prioritize and fulfill daily deployment or hardware replenishment requests using an internal ticketing system.
• Transport assets, networking cables, and infrastructure parts safely across the data center using material handling equipment.
• General Warehouse duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or a data center environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic understanding of server components and data security protocols.
