Title: SAP BTP Architect (Principal)

Our government/defense industry client is seeking an experienced Principal SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise SAP BTP solutions supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across SAP Business Technology Platform, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud architecture. This individual will lead solution strategy while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations across the enterprise SAP landscape.

• Lead implementation, configuration, development, and deployment of SAP BTP services.
• Define enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, and extension frameworks.
• Develop scalable cloud architectures aligned with enterprise standards and governance.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Advise business and technical stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices and long-term technology strategy.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and security teams throughout project delivery.
• Establish governance standards and architectural best practices for SAP BTP solutions.

• Extensive SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture experience
• Strong expertise with SAP Integration Suite and Extension Suite
• Experience developing enterprise API strategies and integration architectures
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud technologies and enterprise architecture
• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP certifications
• Experience with SAP cloud transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting government or highly regulated organizations
