Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Management Specialist to oversee the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of company data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, updating, and managing data to support business operations, reporting, and decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality., * Collect, review, verify, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Enter, update, and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Conduct routine audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and duplication issues.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data management systems in accordance with company standards.
  • Generate regular reports and summaries for management and operational teams.
  • Organize and classify data to improve accessibility and usability.
  • Assist with data migration, cleansing, and system implementation projects.
  • Monitor data workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives and business objectives.
  • Document procedures, workflows, and data management practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data entry, data management, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or data management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting., * Data entry and database management
