Job description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure in a large-scale IT environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Windows Server administration experience, hands-on virtualization expertise, and a solid understanding of the entire server lifecycle-from deployment and configuration through maintenance, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and decommissioning., * Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise server and virtualization environments

Deploy, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, migrate, and decommission Windows servers
Manage and support VMware 7.0+ environments
Administer Active Directory and Windows Server 2016-2022
Monitor and maintain enterprise storage and data protection solutions
Assist with infrastructure design, implementation, and technology integration
Coordinate maintenance activities for server hardware and software
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Support Microsoft 365 administration and basic service management
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure system availability and reliability
Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
6+ years of enterprise Systems Administration or infrastructure experience
Strong experience with Windows Server 2016-2022
Hands-on experience with VMware 7.0 or newer
Experience with Active Directory administration
Experience supporting enterprise storage environments
Knowledge of enterprise backup and data protection solutions (Dell/EMC preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts
Experience supporting enterprise server hardware and software platforms
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
