Temporary Cash Application Specialist

• Apply daily customer payments across multiple companies
• Research unidentified payments, missing remittances, and payment discrepancies
• Match electronic payments to customer remittances and invoices
• Prepare daily check deposits and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with sales order and intercompany invoicing
• Scan and maintain payment documentation
• Work closely with AR and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies

• Prior cash applications, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable handling multiple entities and high-volume transactions
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work fully onsite in Woodland, WA

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
