• Configure and support computer networking setups including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures
• Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components using tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, and Help Desk systems
• Support software applications such as Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools to enhance user efficiency

• Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles with a focus on hardware troubleshooting and software installation
• Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and their respective troubleshooting procedures
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN configuration, VPN setup, firewalls, and network security protocols
• Experience managing computer hardware components and performing preventative maintenance
• Proficiency with help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking and resolution management
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels of technical proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
