Experteer Overview In this role you will support Christensen Farms’ Data & Analytics Governance Program by ensuring data is governed to standards. You will partner with business and technical teams to keep data accurate, well-documented, and trusted for reporting and decision-making. You’ll monitor data quality, manage metadata and lineage, and advance governance maturity across key business domains. This position sits at the intersection of Operations, Finance, IT, and analytics, enabling data-driven improvements across the organization. You’ll help shape the data governance journey and demonstrate tangible impact on enterprise data assets. Compensation / Benefits * Monitor and improve data quality across assigned domains * Investigate data issues and coordinate remediation with business and technical teams * Track data quality metrics and governance compliance measures * Support governance policies, standards, and best practices * Assist in defining data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes * Identify opportunities to improve data quality and governance practices * Maintain metadata, business glossary content, and data documentation * Support data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage activities * Document data flows and source-to-target mappings * Act as liaison between business and technical teams to align data definitions and governance standards * Support governance councils and continuous improvement initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 1-3 years in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, or related areas * Experience with data governance concepts and metadata management * Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences * Analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to monitor compliance metrics * Commitment to confidentiality and ethical data management * Ability to influence governance policy adoption across diverse teams * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Key requirements * health, dental, vision * flexible spending account (FSA) * life insurance * short-term disability * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
