Phlebotomist (Lab Technician)/Front Desk - Columbus, GA

Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment Center - Phenomenal opportunity at a growing Clinical Research Site in Columbus, GA seeking Phlebotomist/ Lab Technician looking for long-term stability and a small “family-like” atmosphere. Candidate must also be willing to be cross-trained for coverage at Front Desk/ Reception.

• Potential candidate must be proficient in phlebotomy, processing and shipping phlebotomy samples, completing requisitions, conducting vitals assessments, performing ECGs, and have experience with geriatric patients, MA certificate required.
• Business Hours = M-F 9am-5pm (no weekends, nights or on-call)

Potential candidate must possess outgoing and friendly personality with attention to detail, patience and work well as a part of a team. Experience in medical setting and working with geriatric population a plus. Must be computer literate and able to use or learn various software systems. Must be an independent worker, cross-trained and capable of operating collaboratively., * Phlebotomy: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant (MA) License in state of Georgia (Required)
