- Lead architecture and technical design for critical applications and integrations supporting service restoration.
- Provide technical leadership across product planning, design, development, and delivery phases.
- Design high-performing, highly available, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Support scalability and low-latency customer experiences during critical service events.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Lead architecture reviews and mentor development teams.
- Contribute with hands-on development experience.
