Job description

Develop large-scale software using Java, Spring framework, and cloud technologies
Implement and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
Collaborate with fellow developers, architects, and adjacent teams
Utilize GenAI coding assistants to enhance engineering workflows

Requirements

7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java and Spring framework
Hands-on experience with AI/ML implementation and production deployment
Experience with containers and microservices in the cloud
Familiarity with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
Understanding of broker-dealer capabilities and operationsxzx* Excellent communication skills

Java Developer - Senior - Nice-to-Have Skills:

Masters degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience in Financial Services industry
Knowledge of messaging technologies like Rabbit MQ or Kafka
Experience with Test Driven Development and QA Automation
Familiarity with the Atlassian tool stack (JIRA and Confluence)
