Job description

Experteer Overview As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will own the design, configuration, and administration of the Workday ecosystem, with growing involvement in AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes, test releases, and drive adoption of new features. You’ll apply governance and data integrity practices to ensure secure, scalable HR operations. This role offers hands-on work with AI-powered HR products and a path to shape how our People operations scale with the business. Compensation / Benefits * Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security) and resolve system issues * Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive user adoption of new functionality * Lead review, testing, and rollout of Workday feature releases, evaluating AI capabilities for fit * Configure, test, and deliver AI-enabled Workday features in production * Leverage AI tools for data analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting to boost efficiency * Partner with Security, Legal, and IT on AI governance, including data privacy and access controls * Maintain data integrity through audits and data correction * Engage with Workday community to stay current on system and AI capabilities and propose solutions Tasks * 5+ years of Workday experience * Proficient with all Workday modules * Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused company * Experience with AI tools to improve productivity is a plus Key requirements * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements * Company equity * ESPP * Paid vacation and holidays
