Job description

· Serve as the primary System Administrator for Salesforce environments.

· Handle user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine Salesforce administration tasks.

· Respond to end-user issues, enhancement requests, and other administrative needs.

· Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.

· Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

· Work independently with business users to define and document development requirements.

· Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and support Agile development processes.

· Act as the liaison between business users and application development teams.

· Complete regular internal system audits and prepare related documentation.

· Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio.

· Develop scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration, automation, and declarative tools where appropriate.

· Support OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

· Develop and maintain complex Lightning Web Components and Apex-based functionality.

· Support Experience Cloud implementations and enhancements.

· Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies.

· Support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations and modernization initiatives.

· Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

· Support CI/CD, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git-based version control, and Salesforce deployment processes.

· Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, accessibility, data, and development best practices, including WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements where applicable.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and automation.

· Provide technical guidance and contribute to enterprise-level Salesforce architecture and solution decisions.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Lead to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Salesforce administration, development, OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, Apex, integrations, and Experience Cloud.

The candidate should be able to understand business needs, translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, and work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. This role requires someone who can evaluate existing solutions, recommend improvements, and balance configuration versus customization while following Salesforce best practices., · 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

· 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience.

· Strong experience with Apex development.

· Strong experience developing complex Lightning Web Components (LWC).

· Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and related components.

· Experience with Experience Cloud.

· Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies.

· Experience with Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, automation, configuration, and customization.

· Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git-based version control.

· Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration skills.

· Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

· OmniStudio Developer certification(s).

· Additional Salesforce architecture-level certifications.

· Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility and accessible application design.

· Experience with Salesforce enterprise architecture and large-scale implementations.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
