Application Support Lead Organization

• Must have atleast 8 to 10 years of prior experience working in L2 production support role.
• Provide necessary technical support handling all L2 / L3 incident management support requests like End user responses, Data analysis, Access managment,

Access re-certifications, Certification renewal, Process improvement, Migration support activities, Build SOP documents to address issues and other

similar activities based on the requirements etc.

• Able to troubleshoot critical issues for the Applications with technologies like Java/Spring/Spring-Boot/JavaScript/Angular JS, Oracle, SQL server, Exadata.
• Good to have exposure to monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, OEM, Fog light, App engine, ITSM - Service now, Moogsoft etc. while troubleshooting

production issues.

• Ability to manage a L2 support team and track all the deliverables on time.
