Job description

The City of Pasadena’s Department of Information Technology is currently seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to assist in the design, development, analysis, implementation, and maintenance of the city’s Geographic Information System. Under general supervision, the Senior GIS Analyst performs professional duties in support of City and departmental GIS databases and geographic information systems capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and/or experience in the following:

ArcGIS Desktop suite and extensions 10.8 or higher including ArcGIS Pro 3.4 or higher.
Adept with scripting, automation, and programming languages including SQL, Python 2 or higher, Microsoft Power Automate, and ArcGIS Arcade.
Esri enterprise Geodatabase data management, SQL Server Databases, and Esri Branch Versioning.
Web GIS technologies including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 or higher, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Velocity.
