Technical Lead- Salesforce

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and agile delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions and leading technical discussions to align with business objectives., * Extensive experience in Salesforce Architecture and Design.

• Expertise in Salesforce Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Proficiency in Agile Delivery, including participation in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with API development, authentication, and data synchronization patterns.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce security models and governance standards.
• Experience in leading Salesforce deployment processes.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client’s industry.
