Production Support Java Developer

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high system availability

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Tune SQL queries and optimize back-end performance
• Troubleshoot APIs and maintain data integrity
• Monitor application health, analyze logs, and address performance bottlenecks
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, minor enhancements, and security patches for Java-based applications
• Update controller logic, modify UI views, and maintain core application workflows
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests using BDD/TDD methodologies
• Assist with production deployments, validate releases, and support rollback activities
• Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, DBAs, and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures Team Environment:

• Work with a small technical team (4 7 peers) and experienced technology leaders

• Utilize modern DevOps practices and Atlassian tools Other Requirements:
