Senior Manager - Business License, Tax Registration and Global Entity Management

Experteer Overview In this role you help lead KPMG’s SALT practice by aligning business license, tax registration, and global entity management with client needs. You will influence strategy, go-to-market plans, and complex multi-jurisdictional engagements for enterprise clients. You’ll leverage technology-enabled compliance and data analytics to improve delivery speed and client satisfaction, while mentoring a diverse team in a global delivery model. Compensation / Benefits * Define and execute practice strategy across license, registration, entity management, corporate secretarial, and annual report services * Lead go-to-market plans and cross-functional pursuit teams for complex license and entity management engagements * Oversee technology-enabled compliance delivery using entity management platforms and Power BI dashboards in a global delivery model * Provide senior technical guidance on multi-jurisdictional entity structuring and tax registration matters for enterprise clients * Direct continuous improvement of service delivery methodologies using data analytics from SQL and Excel to scale offerings * Develop and mentor a high-performing onshore/offshore team through coaching and career development * Manage practice-level financial performance, engagement economics, and risk management to ensure profitable, compliant service delivery * Uphold integrity and professionalism to maintain a respectful work environment Tasks * Minimum eight years of recent experience in business license compliance, global entity management, or corporate secretarial services; ten years preferred * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university * Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, master’s in Taxation, or other approved credential listings; ability to obtain within one year if not possessed at hire * Experience managing large, multi-jurisdictional client engagements and onshore/offshore delivery teams * Technical knowledge of U.S. business license requirements and global corporate governance frameworks * Hands-on data analysis using MS Excel and SQL; proficiency with Power BI and MS Project for reporting and workflow management * Proven success in growing a professional services practice through business development and client relationships Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * disability and life insurance * 401(k) plans * well-being benefits
