Compensation / Benefits * Oversee complex enterprise technology programs and portfolios, including ERP initiatives * Provide program governance, planning, and resource management * Lead stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight * Collaborate with operational leaders, technology teams, and external partners * Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enable successful delivery of large-scale initiatives * Drive regulatory compliance, business process improvement, and organizational effectiveness across UF Health Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field * 10 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex enterprise technology programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives * Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or comparable platforms) * Experience with enterprise governance, strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and organizational change efforts Key requirements *
