Job description

As the Head of AnalyticsOperations, you’ll serve as a key strategic resource for the organization, using data and performance insights to guide operational decisions and support business growth. Throughout your day, you’ll oversee executive reporting and dashboards, analyze portfolio performance, identify emerging trends and operational risks, and develop recommendations designed to improve recovery outcomes. You’ll work closely with Operations leadership to strengthen team performance, support forecasting and capacity planning efforts, and ensure data accuracy across the organization. By collaborating with Compliance, IT, Client Services, and Operations, you’ll help drive important initiatives while maintaining compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and internal policies. Your leadership will directly contribute to better decisions, stronger performance, and continued organizational success.

Requirements

National Recovery Associates is seeking a highly motivated Head of AnalyticsOperations to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a driving force behind operational excellence. This full-time remote opportunity offers the chance to lead meaningful initiatives, influence company strategy, and turn business intelligence into measurable results., * 8-10 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable management, financial services, or recovery operations

  • Experience leading analytics, reporting, or operational performance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of collections KPIs, operational performance metrics, and portfolio analytics
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting processes
  • Ability to translate complex information into actionable business strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and collections industry best practices

Preferred:

  • Experience in debt buying, consumer collections, or legal collection
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence tools
  • Successful presentation of performance results to executive leadership
