IT Disaster Recovery Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Micron’s global IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) program within GRC and Cyber Resilience. You design, govern, and continuously improve recovery strategies to meet RTOs and RPOs while aligning with regulatory demands. You will drive enterprise readiness through exercises, testing, and executive reporting, and contribute to AI-enabled resilience initiatives with automation and analytics. This position sits at the intersection of infrastructure, security, BCM, and business stakeholders to protect critical services and enable rapid recovery. Compensation / Benefits * Design, govern, and continuously improve the global ITDR program * Lead enterprise recovery planning, resilience assessments, DR exercises, testing, and validation * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, BCM, Engineering, Manufacturing, Cloud Operations, Site Leadership, and Executives to align strategies with business and regulatory needs * Drive readiness against disruptions and cyber threats through governance, metrics, testing, and continuous improvement * Contribute to AI-enabled resilience initiatives using automation, analytics, and workflow tech to boost program effectiveness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years in disaster recovery, business continuity, information security, infrastructure operations, cyber resilience, or related fields * 5+ years managing enterprise resilience, recovery, or risk management programs * Hands-on leadership of enterprise DR/BC/Cyber/Infrastructure Resilience programs * Experience developing and executing DR exercises, testing programs, and resilience validation activities Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision plans * robust paid time-off program * paid holidays * paid family leave * wellbeing and retirement-related benefits
