Job description
Facilitating agile team level events including planning breakouts, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, feature elaboration, sprint review, etc.
- Providing reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks
- Working with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams
- Mentoring agile team members
- Participating in scrum of scrums, inspect and adapt, and ad hoc sessions
- Coordinating cross-team collaboration, dependencies, and reporting these to the Release Train Engineer
- Ensuring teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to stakeholders
Requirements
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Able to communicate across all levels of the program
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in related discipline with 5 years professional experience; or Master’s degree with 3 years professional experience; or PhD with no experience
Desired Skills:
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Familiar with Jira or similar issue tracking and agile project management tool
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Familiar with Agile project tools Version1/Agility or Jira
- Experience with DevSecOps
