SAP Program Manager

• Seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation initiative.
• This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex SAP implementations, integrations, and cross-functional business and technology workstreams.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program execution from planning and design through deployment and stabilization while partnering closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, consulting partners, and technical teams.
• This is a high-impact leadership position requiring extensive experience managing enterprise-scale SAP transformations, complex integrations, and organizational change initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project/Program Management certification.

• 12+ years of progressive Project and Program Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.

• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.

• SAP ERP Transformation experience as a Program Lead, ERP Lead, or CRB Lead is required.

• Strong experience managing complex enterprise integrations involving multiple systems, business processes, applications, and technical teams.

• Demonstrated success working with large consulting organizations and systems integration partners during enterprise implementations.
