Software Development Fundamentals: Hands-on experience developing, debugging, and testing software applications using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C++).

Problem Solving & Debugging: Strong ability to analyze technical issues, trace software errors, and implement reliable defect fixes.

Agile Software Development: Familiarity working within Agile or Scrum team environments and software version control systems (e.g., Git).

Technical Writing & Documentation: Skill in documenting test results, system components, and software designs clearly.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 2+ years of professional software engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in a related technical field (0+ years experience required) OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 6+ years of hands-on technical software development experience in lieu of a degree. , Desired Skills

Cloud & Containerization Technologies: Exposure to AWS cloud environments, Docker, or Kubernetes container orchestration. Data Processing: Experience working with relational or non-relational databases and distributed data pipelines.
