Hardware/Electrical Engineer

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology firm, for multiple Electrical Engineers to join their team onsite in Andover, MA. We are looking for hands-on professionals with strong backgrounds in hardware systems and equipment integration. If you enjoy working in a lab environment testing, troubleshooting, and validating physical hardware, we want to hear from you., * Design, develop, and test electrical hardware components and systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures at the component and board level.
• Perform system integration, testing, and validation of new hardware.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware reliability and performance.
• Document test procedures, results, and equipment modifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with hardware and/or equipment (must have hands-on lab experience).
• Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.).
• Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits and power systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
