Membership Database Administrator

Summary of Position: This position will be responsible for the day-to-day data entry into our church membership database (Breeze), maintaining the integrity of the church membership database for all campuses, and understanding and implementation of the programs and features of the database., Purpose: Oversee and maintain the current church database for membership reporting and tracking which includes entering contributions, updating membership information, issuing annual and semi-annual giving statements, responding to oral and written communications from members and staff concerning database information, and other activities as needed., * Provide direction and supervision to others who may assist in maintaining the church membership database.

• Understand thoroughly and completely the current membership database software (Breeze)
• Set guidelines and maintain controls for quality to build confidence in data accuracy
• Be responsible for instructing and training staff members for current campus and any future campuses in using the Breeze database.
• Create and/or manage specialized reports or custom programing to facilitate better use of the database.
• Prepare and present contributions and other membership reports as needed.
• Explore and master the full implementation of the Breeze database and it features.
• Maintain the informational integrity of the childcare check in system through the Breeze database.
