Data collection moderator

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Data Moderators / Data Collectors to support an on-site AI data collection project in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will assist with participant sessions, collect high-quality data, and ensure all project requirements are followed.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, restaurants, event management, or other people-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Moderate on-site data collection sessions.
• Welcome and assist participants throughout the session.
• Explain project instructions and ensure participants follow all guidelines.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of pets as required by the project.
• Upload collected data to the designated platform.
• Collect participant consent forms and required information.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Handle project devices and equipment responsibly.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, restaurants, or event management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and basic computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must own a laptop.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
