IT & DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

FCD Labels is seeking a hands-on IT & Digital Operations Manager to work full-time at our Redlands, California facility.

This individual will serve as our primary in-house IT resource and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving everyday technology issues throughout our office, warehouse, and production departments. This is not a remote or hybrid position. The selected candidate must be on-site Monday through Friday and comfortable personally handling support requests.

This position will also manage our company website, coordinate web-development projects, and oversee outside marketing and technology service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily, in-person technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, scanners, email, software, internet, and network issues
• Support software and connectivity associated with office, warehouse, and production equipment
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace computers and company devices
• Set up and remove employee accounts, email addresses, permissions, and system access
• Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, and related business applications
• Maintain the company’s network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and internet connectivity
• Manage antivirus protection, system updates, cybersecurity, and access controls
• Maintain data backups and disaster-recovery procedures
• Support remote users and employees at our Texas location
• Track company computers, equipment, software licenses, warranties, and IT inventory
• Document systems, procedures, account access, and equipment information
• Coordinate with software, internet, equipment, and technology vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve security, automate processes, and increase efficiency
• Manage and update the company’s Shopify website
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate larger web-development projects
• Oversee outside marketing companies, web developers, and service providers
• Monitor marketing projects, deadlines, costs, deliverables, and vendor performance
• Assist with SEO, website analytics, email marketing, and other digital platforms
• Keep website content, products, pricing, and company information accurate and current

• Three or more years of professional IT support, systems administration, or similar experience preferred
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, email, printers, and networks
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Outlook
• Working knowledge of network administration, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cybersecurity, data backups, and user-access management
• Experience managing or maintaining business websites
• Shopify or other e-commerce platform experience strongly preferred
• Web-development knowledge, including HTML and CSS, is preferred
• Experience coordinating marketing, technology, or website vendors
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize requests, and work independently
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to employees without technical backgrounds
