Information Technology Support Technician

Hudson Valley Regional Community Health Centers is currently hiring for a part-time Information Technology Support Technician to support our busy Brewster, NY location.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot Windows OS.

• Provide hardware support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, fax and copy machines.

• Provide hardware, configuration and troubleshooting support for Avaya Office IP 500 Phone System.

• Communicate with services providers, such as AT&T, Comcast, Verizon and Spectrum regarding service outages and upgrades.

• Assist employees with video conferences apps, such as Zoom, Teams, etc.

• Evaluate technology platform security to ensure company policy and best practices.

• Research and design security architectures by identifying security gaps and recommend enhancements or changes.

• Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, inventory and lifecycle of hardware/software.

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, VPN’s and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)

• IT projects as assigned.

HS Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience administering Windows and Mac computers in a corporate setting

Must have prior experience working with Microsoft 365

Ability to travel to HVRCHC locations (Brewster and Poughkeepsie), * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
