Korean-English Bilingual IT Engineer - Manufacturer (35319)

• Maintain the company’s network, server, data center system operation & maintenance
• Manage IT projects, including budgets, timelines and business processes
• Ensure IT security requirements are being met
• Manage and improve backup systems
• Maintain system documentation
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot server environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), including configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure the IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including operational procedures and infrastructure diagrams.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in company’s IT infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned by upper management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields with equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure management experience in manufacturing related industry
• Proficient in SAP ERP systems (REQUIRED), Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Business-level of both Korean and English Language skills
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
• Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
