IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, and hands-on support by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading the devices., * Support with local server hardware, operating systems, network infrastructure, and telephone by delivering hands-on support through troubleshooting incidents with customers via phone or virtual communication

• Assist with the design and implementation of IT policies and procedures for managing computer systems and operations based on corporate guidelines/ control framework.
• Work on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
• Resolve problems in a timely manner with a solution focused mindset
• Take corrective actions and/or escalates incidences to reduce service down time
• Collaborate with Senior IT Manager to manage and maintain network infrastructure
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related area
• 2+ years of progressive experience in IT support center or help desk
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Advanced performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft or other relevant certification

Additional Information

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule
