Job description
- Deploy, configure, and manage devices through Microsoft Intune - enrollment, Autopilot provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment across Windows and macOS.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): users, groups, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, licensing, and hybrid identity with on-premise Active Directory.
- Support and troubleshoot Azure workloads - virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup, and site-to-site VPN connectivity.
- Provide daily helpdesk support and document all work in the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Support and maintain client IT infrastructure including servers, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Package, deploy, and troubleshoot business applications (Adobe, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, SolidWorks, Chrome) via Intune and traditional methods.
- Protect client data and systems using firewalls (Meraki, SonicWall), endpoint security and Zero Trust platforms, email security, and backup solutions (Veeam, Synology).
- Assist with client migrations to Intune and cloud-first management from legacy on-premise environments.
- Own issues through to resolution, escalating appropriately and keeping clients informed.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience in a business environment, including hands-on work with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD). MSP experience is a strong plus. Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, MS-102) are highly desirable., * Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager - device enrollment, policy management, app deployment
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) - identity, Conditional Access, MFA, hybrid join
- Microsoft 365 administration - Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Windows 10/11 Pro and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Desktop support for Windows and macOS
- Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical users
PREFERRED / PLUS
- Windows Autopilot and zero-touch deployment experience
- PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting for automation and reporting
- Azure administration (AZ-104) - VMs, networking, backup, cost management
- Defender for Endpoint / Defender for Office 365
- Meraki and UniFi access points, switches, and firewalls
- Datto RMM and BCDR
- IT Glue documentation
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, HIPAA)
