Oracle CX Solution Architect(Functional)

• Design comprehensive solution architectures incorporating Oracle CX modules such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Commerce Cloud, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems
• Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system design documentation using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and other modeling tools
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement cloud-based architectures leveraging cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure, ensuring high scalability and performance
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices
• Oversee system integration using APIs such as RESTful APIs and SOAP web services; ensure seamless data flow across disparate systems including Salesforce, MongoDB, MySQL, and Oracle databases
• Drive continuous improvement through DevOps automation practices like CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git; promote agile software development methodologies for rapid delivery
• Provide expert guidance on service-oriented architecture (SOA), application architecture design, and distributed systems to ensure robust solution deployment
• Support system design for scalable distributed systems utilizing containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes; ensure adherence to security standards including identity & access management

• Proven experience as an Oracle CX Solution Architect or similar role with a strong focus on functional design and enterprise solutions implementation
• Deep understanding of Oracle CX modules along with experience integrating third-party platforms such as Salesforce or WordPress
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture principles, cloud development frameworks, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in modeling tools like UML; familiarity with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), RESTful API development, XML/JSON data formats, and web services integration
• Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC), system design for scalable distributed systems, and application architecture design
• Technical expertise in NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra; relational databases including MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience working within Agile environments utilizing version control systems such as SVN or Git; familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Maven
• Excellent communication skills to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable technical solutions for diverse stakeholders
