US IT Recruiter / BDM - SAP & IT Consulting

• Source and screen qualified SAP and IT professionals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and professional networks.
• Understand W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and follow-ups.

BDM Responsibilities

• Identify prospective US clients and SAP/IT consulting opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and professional networks.
• Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support vendor registration and new client onboarding.
• Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Work with Traqenta’s technical team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Traqenta is seeking experienced professionals for US IT Recruiting and Business Development (BDM) to support our growing SAP and IT consulting business. Candidates may have experience in recruiting, business development, or both., Candidates with experience in US IT staffing, SAP/ERP recruiting, client acquisition, C2C/W2/1099, vendor relationships, or IT consulting sales are preferred., * Experience in US IT recruiting, US staffing business development, or IT consulting sales.

• SAP/ERP staffing or consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with US staffing models such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, CRM systems, or sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
